1) Who we are
AI Mindra Chat (“App”, “we”, “our”) is operated by Felipe Santolim in Gramado, Brazil. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
2) What we collect
We only collect what’s needed to operate and improve the App.
- Account & Profile — email (if you sign in), user ID, creation/last sign-in dates, language/locale, chosen avatars.
- User Content — chats/messages, prompts, and generated images you choose to save.
- Subscription & Entitlement — product IDs, purchase receipts, subscription status (via Apple in-app purchases; we do not receive full payment card data).
- Diagnostics & Analytics — app version, device model, OS version, performance metrics, crash logs, basic usage events.
- Network/Region — IP-derived region for fraud prevention and legal compliance (e.g., region-based feature gating).
3) How we use data
- Provide core features (chat, image generation, avatar library).
- Send prompts/content to our AI provider to generate responses.
- Maintain subscriptions and entitlements; prevent fraud/abuse.
- Improve reliability, performance, and safety; support users; comply with law.
4) Processing & third parties
We use trusted processors solely to operate the App:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Firestore/Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Functions.
- OpenAI — Generates chat responses and images from your prompts/content.
- Apple — In-app purchases, receipt validation, subscription management.
Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policies.
5) Sharing
We don’t sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers (processors) listed above, under data-processing terms.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the service.
- Transfer of control (e.g., merger/acquisition), with notice where required.
6) Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, accounting) or legal obligations. If you delete a chat or your account, we remove primary records and may retain limited logs/backups for a short period consistent with industry practice.
7) Security
Transport encryption (TLS), at-rest encryption by our cloud providers, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data.
8) Your choices & rights
- Access/Update/Delete — Manage profile, chats, and images in-app.
- Delete account — In the App: Settings → Account → Delete Account (or email us at felipe.santolim@gmail.com).
- Consent — You may withdraw consent where applicable.
Your rights may vary by region (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD). Contact us to exercise rights.
9) Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10) International transfers
We may process and store data in countries different from yours. We rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable laws.
11) Regional notes
Certain AI features and references may be disabled in specific regions to comply with local regulations (e.g., mainland China).

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects changes. Significant changes will be highlighted in-app or on this page.
